1. Prices in euros or dollars, as applicable, based on the exchange rate on the payment date, exchange rate provided by the company.
2. Changes to the project invariably modify the price of this quotation.
3. Quotation is valid for 30 days; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Customer's signed approval is required to authorize the production of the order; a signed order cancels previous quotations.
5. Freight and/or travel expenses are not included if delivery is outside of Mexico City.
6. The delivery and installation of furniture, kitchen units, wardrobes, containers, and doors are considered for ground floor only. If required on another level, an elevator or freight lift is necessary; our prices do not include aerial lifts, special maneuvers through stairs, or the dismantling of existing furniture.
7. Once the order is placed with the supplier and confirmed by the customer (signature), no verbal changes, modifications, or cancellations to the project are accepted.
8. Delivery time starts once the agreed payment is received (applies exclusively to furniture).
9. Installation will only proceed when the site has the necessary conditions (final coverings and required installations) to receive the goods acquired in this order.
10. The months of August and December are excluded from normal delivery times due to the closure of Italian factories, as well as the first 15 days of April due to the annual event (Milan Furniture Fair).
11. A 60-day free storage period is considered; after this period, a charge equivalent to 1% per month on the project price will be applied.
12. Mechanical guides for wardrobes, containers, and doors will be delivered 1 week after the client's payment.
13. The customer states that the resources used for this transaction are of lawful origin in accordance with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illicitly Sourced Funds.
14. For installation/mounting purposes, it is necessary that there is no outstanding debt on this order.
In any special maneuver, it is mandatory to have cargo insurance; charges will be covered by the customer, as well as responsibility for the required maneuvers.

· Assembly and Installation: 1-2 weeks depending on the scope and size of the project.
The sale service of lamps, bathrooms, and accessories does not include any type of installation; it only involves the supply of these items.*For special/custom-made elements, the time may be extended according to the supplier.
**For wardrobes and doors, it is essential that the project’s supervising architect signs the commitment to comply with and respect the dimensions agreed upon according to the plan/quotation. Only then will the order be placed for production for this merchandise, and the subsequent 180 to 240 days for its delivery and installation will apply. Any variation to this agreement will represent an extra cost.
1. Warranty is effective for factory defects. To apply the warranty, any defect must be identified on the reception sheet at the time of delivery. Once the merchandise receipt is signed, the customer is responsible for the condition of the product, including any missing components.
2. If the merchandise is delivered to a warehouse or a freight carrier, the complete goods must be inspected at the time of receipt. If this condition is not met at the customer's or recipient's request, the warranty will not apply to these items.
3. Replacement/substitution of damaged merchandise will have a similar delivery time as a new order (180 to 240 days) from the date of the claim.
4. The warranty is voided for any improper use of the product.
