Nestled on a plot with a curved geometry at one of its edges, aligned with the access level, the house features a topography that drops several meters below street level. This design places the social areas of the house at the lower level, aligning with the main garden. Entry is through a vestibule offering a view of a highly transparent space, with glass corridors running along the metallic structures that support the house. A wide staircase descends to the main living areas, revealing a central space that houses the living room, dining room, bar, family room, breakfast area, terraces, library, kitchen, and various service areas.
The main hall, enclosed by gardens, boasts great height and large windows on both sides. The staircase appears to float, detached from the walls, with granite steps adding a sense of lightness. The expansive roof that shelters the entire structure is clad in oak wood, extending seamlessly from the interiors to the exterior, reaching the perimeter edges of the roofing.
The house features a monochromatic palette of stone finishes in shades of gray, creating a neutral canvas that highlights the carefully curated furnishings. Each piece was selected with precision, as if the space was designed specifically to accommodate them, with their scale and placement harmonizing perfectly with the architecture.
